Terms and Conditions of Business


Offer of employment to an applicant put forward by Premier Nannies will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions


Full fees fall due for payment on the first day the applicant commences work. Payment must be received within 7 days from invoice date in order to qualify for the 6 week probationary replacement/pre-rata refund guarantee. Late payment will be subject to a 10% surcharge per 14 day period.

Introduction to another family on register, but the Nanny is recruited via another source



Nanny-share register: Introduction to another family with a Nanny already in employment, fees calculated as above.

All fees are excluding VAT and will be subject to the standard rate applicable.


Upon appointment of an applicant there is a period of six weeks to establish a good working relationship. Should the arrangement prove unsatisfactory, a replacement will be offered. If no suitable replacement is available, then a refund on a pro-rata basis will be made as follows: 1-2 weeks 75%, 3-4 weeks 50%, 5-6 weeks 25%. Clients should inform Premier Nannies of their intentions to terminate employment prior to speaking with the applicant.


The guarantee will only apply where payment of the full corresponding fee has been received within the seven days of invoice date, accompanied by a signed client registration document.


The guarantee will be void where the original job specification/contract has been changed. Although Premier Nannies endeavours to introduce only candidates of the highest calibre, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or personal injury arising from an introduction. Responsibility as to the suitability of an applicant rests with the client.


Premier Nannies does not operate a payroll. All wages and expenses for both permanent and temporary staff should be made direct to the employee. Should an offer of employment be withdrawn before the commencement date, 50% of the placement fee will be chargeable (unless Premier Nannies has received one months notice).


Should the em's position be extended in any way (ie temporary nanny offered a permanent position/temporary nanny re-engaged, or part-time nanny offered full-time hours) additional fees will be charged as applicable. All appl' details are submitted in strict confidence and must be treated as such. Should an app's details be passed to a third party, fees will be charged at the standard agency rate if an offer of employment is made.


Premier Nannies Privacy Policy 

Premier Nannies is commited to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


We will obtain data from you when you apply or register with Premier Nannies services such as our job vacancies and newsletter. This information may include your name, date of birth, e-mail and postal addresses and contact telephone numbers.


Premier Nannies will use this information to provide you with the service you have requested and for administration purposes only. This information may be shared with our associated service providers, organisations and/or agents in order to provide the service you requested.


Premier Nannies will NOT pass on, share or sell your information to any third parties for any other reasons other than those stated previously to fulfill the function to which you have consented.
